Multicom’s rack-mountable RF Headend Passive Combiner Series is designed for use in a headend to combine the output of up to 24 single-channel devices such as modulators and HD encoders. Multicom Combiners are available in 8, 12, and 24 port models.
All Headend Passive Combiner models feature a compact design, high isolation between ports, low net combining loss, and RFI shielding to minimize egress/ingress interference. A front-panel -30dB test port (75-ohm “F” connector), allows testing of the combiner’s output without service interruption.
